The 91% value of those recycling the same passwords is an extremely worrying trend - if you are using a password manager, you can get the tool to generate a secure password for you. The entire point of the password manager is to remember the passwords for you - so you don’t have to 🙂
The 53% figure is less of a concern in my view. Provided that password has not been leaked anywhere or proven to be part of any breach (easily tested via haveibeenpwned and the hash value of the password), then changing frequently isn’t necessarily the best option. In fact, there are a number of studies that prove changing passwords frequently in fact lowers entrophy.
