Challenging security aspects

What are the most challenging aspects of security for you personally, or your organisation ? I’m interested in starting an dialogue around pain points, and what can be done to alleviate these.

on this part of the world.. we are still fighting to convince some customers that security is more than a firewall.
There’s lots to do in term of educating end users.

I wish I had a penny / dime / dollar / pound for every time I’ve heard the phrase “we have a firewall, so we don’t need anything else”. I agree - education here is 100% key, and unless we succeed in that respect, the rest will always end up queuing behind it.
